# TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE

Welcome to Kuberflow, an offline-first property accounting and billing solution hosted local-first on your device. Please read this Service Agreement (“Agreement,” “Terms”) carefully. By installing, opening, subscribing to, or using Kuberflow, you ("User," "Subscriber," "you," "your") explicitly agree to be legally bound by all terms, usage guidelines, privacy safeguards, and strict no-refund rules outlined herein.
This application is developed, operated, and powered by Quantuscale Tech (“we,” “us,” “our”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately uninstall and cease all usage of Kuberflow.---
LICENSE MODEL & YEARLY SUBSCRIPTION ACCESS
Kuberflow grants authorized users a limited, personal, non-assignable, and revocable subscription license to use our specialized peer-to-peer property accounting tools, rental register entries, alarm timers, custom company branding cards, PDF invoices, and Excel outputs.
The "Yearly saver" tier provides 365 days of unrestricted ledger capacity at just Rs554 (five hundred and fiftyfour only) premium personalized report filters, and automated on-device calendar billing triggers from the activation time.
ABSOLUTE ZERO-REFUND POLICY (100% NON-REFUNDABLE)
ALL TRANSACTIONS REGISTERED UNDER THE YEARLY SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE (INCLUDING NOMINAL TESTING TRANSACTIONS OF ₹1 OR STANDARD DECREED SERVICE AMOUNTS) ARE ABSOLUTELY FINAL, SECURE, AND 100% NON-REFUNDABLE.
Because Kuberflow delivers instantaneous offline activation parameters, proprietary visual templates, and local SQLite table schemas directly on your device the moment a transaction is executed, we cannot recover or withdraw active software benefits.
We issue no partial credits, no full refunds, and no chargeback adjustments for any reason. This includes (but is not limited to):
- App uninstallation
- User error or accidental subscription submission
- Custom tenant setup difficulties
- System change of mind or subjective dissatisfaction
- Device transitions or operating system changes
Any financial risk stays solely and exclusively with the subscriber.
. PEER-TO-PEER ZERO PERSONAL DATA RETENTION POLICY
We cherish user privacy and strictly hold a Zero Remote Data Retention philosophy. Kuberflow operates fully sandboxed, peer-to-peer, and local-first:
* No Personal Details are harvested, cataloged, or transmitted to external cloud servers.
* No Financial Ledger Records, rent transaction rows, financial amounts, tenant identifiers, or landlord details are ever uploaded or mirrored upstream.
* All application states, transaction databases, and settings are compiled and stored exclusively inside an offline local SQLite Database housed within your device's isolated storage directory.
You retain complete sovereignty, ownership, and responsibility over your information and data files.

ONE-DEVICE LICENSE ACCESS & HARDWARE LIMITATIONS
Because we do not run a central cloud synchronization server or network accounts, your yearly active subscription status and compiled databases are tied directly to this single physical device's local installation context:
* Downloading this application on a separate physical device (even when logged into the identical Google Play/payment account) will begin with a completely separate empty database file.
* Active subscriptions do not automatically sync, cross-share, or scale across multiple devices simultaneously.
* Users are solely and uniquely responsible for executing periodic DB backups or using standard Google Play migration configurations to transfer data across systems during official hardware upgrades or device decommissioning.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & COMPLIANCE
The user agrees to deploy Kuberflow only for legitimate personal record keeping, peer negotiation logs, and bookkeeping layouts. Any reverse-engineering, unauthorized copying of template code, or attempts to circumvent localized subscription checks is strictly prohibited.
Quantuscale Tech retains sole ownership of all application graphics, custom vector configurations, app logos, workflows, mathematical layouts, and codebase architectures.---
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
Kuberflow is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis with all faults and without warranties of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Quantuscale Tech, its developers, partners, and associates, shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, billing discrepancies, or tax reporting errors. The user assumes the entire risk as to the quality, performance, and correctness of financial records created through the app.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the local jurisdiction laws where Quantuscale Tech is established, without regard to conflict of law principles.
By continuing to use Kuberflow, you acknowledge that you have read these terms, understood them, and agree to be bound by them in full.
